The HMC Healthy Schools, Healthy Kids Collaborative is a Community Health and Wellness Program that focuses on student healthy choices of activity, sleep, nutrition and safety during the adolecent years.
The purpose of this program is to reduce the incidence of chronic disease in communities through supporting local schools as a health and wellness resource, provide Athletic Training resources for parents and athletes while collaborating with community organizations to support community healthy practices.How to Get Involved

The HMC Healthy Schools Healthy Kids Collaborative is a grant funded program to help area schools and organizations engage students in health and wellness programs for the purpose of community health.
Network, share best practices and resources, and develop solutions to reduce the incidence of chronic disease in our rural communities through adolescent education and engagement.
