The HMC Healthy Schools, Healthy Kids Collaborative is a Community Health and Wellness Program that focuses on student healthy choices of activity, sleep, nutrition and safety during the adolecent years.
The purpose of this program is to reduce the incidence of chronic disease in communities through supporting local schools as a health and wellness resource, provide Athletic Training resources for parents and athletes while collaborating with community organizations to support community healthy practices.
